Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-19 · 19 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Mohla when you use our website, the Mohla platform or our services. They include our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer. By creating an account or accepting a quote, you agree to them.

These are the same terms you accept when you create an account on the Mohla platform. One text applies to the website, the platform and our services.

01Who we are

Mohla (“Mohla”, “we”, “us”) is an independent Saudi company and part of the FRESME group. We help companies and individuals set up and stay compliant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Mohla is not a government body. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of any government authority. Authority names and logos on our website are used for identification only.

02Our services

Our services include company setup for foreign investors, Premium Residency applications and renewals, ongoing compliance (Mohla Comply) and related government-relations work. The exact service, scope and price for you are set out in the quote you accept.

To deliver a service we act on your behalf with the competent authorities and their platforms, using the information, documents and authorisations you give us.

03Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
  • The information you give us must be true, complete and kept up to date.
  • Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity in your account, including by colleagues you invite and the roles you give them (Owner, HR, Finance, View only).
  • Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account that is misused or put others at risk.

04Quotes and acceptance

Every engagement starts with a written quote showing Mohla’s fee and what it includes. The case starts when the quote is accepted in the platform by you or, for a company, by its Owner or Finance colleague. Work outside the accepted quote needs a new or updated quote.

05Fees and payment

  • Mohla’s fee is stated excluding VAT; VAT is added where it applies.
  • Government fees are separate. They are set by the authorities, can change without notice, and are passed on to you at cost.
  • We invoice according to the accepted quote. Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice; online card payment may be added later.
  • We may pause work on a case while an invoice is unpaid.

06Your responsibilities

  • Provide true, complete and genuine documents, on time, and tell us of any change that affects your case.
  • Sign and, where required, attest any power of attorney or authorisation the service needs.
  • Respond to our requests for information. Delays on your side extend the timeline.
  • You are responsible for the consequences of information or documents that are false, incomplete or out of date.

07Timelines

The times we show are Mohla’s targets in working days (Sunday to Thursday, Riyadh time). The clock pauses while a case waits on you or on an authority. Targets are estimates, not guarantees.

08Government decisions

Licences, registrations, residencies and every other decision belong to the competent authority. Mohla prepares and follows your file carefully but cannot guarantee any outcome, approval or processing time by an authority.

09Cancellation and refunds

You may ask to cancel a case at any time. The Refund and Cancellation Policy explains what happens to fees.

10Mohla Comply

Mohla Comply is a monthly service under the plan in your quote. Mohla’s team keeps your company’s dates current by hand on each platform; Mohla has no direct connection to government platforms. Reminders and reports help you act on time, but the legal obligations remain your company’s.

11Confidentiality and your data

We keep your information confidential and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Our staff and the outside partners we engage are bound by confidentiality.

12Your documents and our content

Your documents remain yours. You allow us to use them only to deliver your services and meet our legal obligations. The website, the platform and their content belong to Mohla.

13Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or the platform: no unlawful use, no attempt to access data that is not yours, no interference with security or normal operation.

14Liability

To the extent the law allows, Mohla is not liable for decisions or delays of authorities, for losses caused by information or documents you provide, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for a service is limited to the fees you paid Mohla for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15Suspension and ending

You may stop using our services at any time, subject to the fees due under accepted quotes. We may suspend or end services if these terms are breached. After an account ends, we keep records as described in our Privacy Policy.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version and date are shown at the top. If a change is material, we will tell you in the platform and may ask you to accept the new version before you continue.

17Law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction. They are published in Arabic and English; if the two differ, the Arabic text prevails.
